2. Make sure the video file has a maximum size of 300MB.
3. Make sure that the video upload bar is complete and then click "submit application", if you interrupt the upload procedure first, the video is not uploaded and you cannot submit the application.
4. Make sure you have an Internet connection suitable for uploading medium and large files, it is not recommended to upload the video from smart-phones or mobile devices with slow data connections.
5. Make sure you have entered a valid e-mail address otherwise you will not receive the e-mail confirming receipt of the application.
